The TP100 course follows the Thames Path for 99% of the race. The exceptions to this are listed below and are where our aid stations fall just slightly off of the marked TP trail. Whilst every one of these deviations will be carefully marked on race day, it is YOUR responsibility to take note of them and locate them. None of the deviations present anything more than mild and very short diversions off of the route.

It is strongly advised that you carry a map for the race. We recommend the Harvey Map as it is a concise and easy to use copy. These general maps do not display these deviations so making a note of them before race day is a worthwhile exercise.

The course is 100 miles in length. The total elevation gain is 1900 feet.

EVERYTHING BELOW WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED OVER RACE WEEKEND.

Mile 12, Walton on Thames/ Lower Halliford: The course follows the ALTERNATIVE Thames Path route, first crossing Walton Bridge and then meandering through through Lower Halliford & Shepperton as opposed to the southerly route which ends shortly afterwards at the ferry crossing.

Mile 85: Clifton Hampden Aid Station: Runners will deviate off of the Thames Path up to Clifton Hampden Village Hall check point. This is an out and back. It will be marshalled.

EVERYTHING ABOVE WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED OVER RACE WEEKEND.
